All tags and packaging must be intact

All returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Package the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.

  • You will receive a confirmation once the returned item is received.

5. Exchange Process

  • Follow the same steps as the return process.
  • Specify the size or item you want as an exchange.
  • Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship your requested exchange.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after item receipt.
  • Note: Refund arrival time may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

7. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Shipping costs are covered by DOMYANA'S.
  • Other valid returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund before processing and shipping.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Any post-shipment return or refund must follow the standard return/exchange process.
